Orders and Shipping

When orders are shipped?

The orders are shipped in blocks every few days. Delivery may take up to 15 working days.

 

What is the cost for shipping?

You might be charged on average between 15€ and 25€ for international orders. When you purchase some products you will automatically see the price for your shipping in the Cart. This price is due to the fact that we ship only by courier. This means that we do not leave your parcel at the doorstep unattended but the courier will require a signature to hand over the products. This avoids missing or lost parcels.

 

Can I track my order?

For international orders as soon as the courier (TNT) picks up your parcel you should receive an email directly from TNT which gives you the tracking number so you can monitor where your parcel is.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

The only payment methods accepted for international orders are PayPal and Credit Cards.

 

Can I send my purchased goods to a P.O. Box?

No, someone needs to sign to receive the parcel from the courier.

 

 

Discounts and Voucher Codes:

What is a Voucher Code?

It is a code formed by numbers and/or letters which gives you discounts on your purchases on this website.

A Voucher Code is given for special promotions or occasions.

 

How to convert rewards into vouchers?

If you have accrued some rewards you can convert them into vouchers as follows:

1. Login in to your Account

2. Press “Your Account” on the top right of the website

3. Click on “My rewards account”

4. Click the orange button “Transform my rewards into vouchers”

5. Once you convert a Voucher you need to use it within 60 days otherwise it expires.

 

Where can I find my vouchers?

1. Login in to your Account

2. Press “Your Account” on the top right of the website

2. Click on “My vouchers”

 

How to claim a Voucher?

1. Insert the desired products into the Cart

2. Click on “Check Out” or "Cart"

3. Insert you Voucher or click on the Voucher appearing automatically underneath and click “Add”

4. The system will automatically update the total price including the discount

5. Complete your purchase normally
